Assistant Principal Logan Pouncey

 

 

My name is Logan Pouncey, and I am honored to serve as one of the Assistant Principals at East Lawrence High School. I am originally from Mobile, Alabama, and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Auburn University. During my time at Auburn, I was proud to be a member of the Auburn University Marching Band and Jazz Ensemble.

I began my career in education as a band director and spent the first ten years of my career in that role, with most of my time at Colbert County High School. While teaching, I completed my Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of North Alabama.

My wife, Hannah, is from North Alabama, and together we have a wonderful daughter, Charlie Ann, who is five years old. We are also excited to be expecting another child in September 2026. Our family has truly fallen in love with the East Lawrence community, and we hope to be a part of it for many years to come.
